Desert Highlands sets a high bar, and a remodel there has to meet the neighborhood it sits in as well as the brief it was given. The house was reworked room by room, with selections coordinated across the whole home rather than decided space by space.
That coordination is what keeps a full remodel from feeling like several separate projects sharing an address.
