Desert Mountain New Build
A ground-up custom residence built to sit quietly in its desert setting rather than compete with it.
Arcadia homes carry a particular character, and the brief here was to modernize without flattening it. The plan was reworked where it was not serving the family, and left alone where it already worked.
Finishes were selected to feel of the house rather than applied to it, and the indoor and outdoor living spaces were treated as one project so the transition between them reads as deliberate.
